USC Mann’s Steven W. Chen, PharmD, associate dean of clinical affairs, was honored as a finalist for the Los Angeles Business Journal Award for Outstanding Healthcare Innovator.

Aside from his leadership role at the pharmacy school, Chen is also the founder of the California Right Meds Collaborative, which strives to deliver high-impact comprehensive medication management services through a sustainable, value-based payment model. The result is a comprehensive approach to treating chronic conditions that also reduces the cost of prescriptions.
