Nationally renowned public health expert Richard J. Jackson, MD, MPH, will address how people in the United States must increasingly cope with the inescapable effects of a heating planet, such as increased heat waves, febrile oceans, inexorable storm violence, lost insurance, wildfires and an epidemic of loneliness. Jackson will also explore some of the underlying forces and reflect on physical environment changes that can deliver more health to the public.
