Swati Shah, director and founder of Ascend Rehab Services, a pediatric-focused rehabilitation company, will be the keynote speaker at the USC Chan Division’s 2025 Commencement ceremony.

Ascend Rehab Services employs more than 200 occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and physical therapists who together treat more than 6,000 children and their families annually. The company operates five clinical sites across the Bay Area.
