University Kidney Research Organization (UKRO) honored three scientific and business leaders at its gala dinner on Dec. 8. This group included Edward D. Crandall, PhD, MD, Kenneth T. Norris, Jr., Chair of Medicine and Hastings Professor, as well as USC Trustee Robert A. Bradway, chairman and CEO, Amgen, and J. Peter Devereaux, chairman and CEO, Harley Ellis Devereaux.

UKRO presented its award for Extraordinary Achievement in Academics and Science to Crandall, while Bradway received the Extraordinary Achievement in Business and Industry Award, and Devereaux received the Extraordinary Achievement in Civic Leadership Award.
