Let us know how you like the new format of distributing news across the Health Sciences Campus! Fill out the following short survey and you could be entered into a raffle for a $20 Amazon gift card.

Five winners will be selected via a random drawing to win the gift cards. The survey is open now and entries will be accepted through 11:59 p.m. PDT June 7. The drawing will be held June 8 and winners will be contacted via phone or email.
