The Han Research Lab at the Keck School of Medicine of USC has been awarded a $2 million grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to study the link between financial decision making and Alzheimer’s disease.

The collaboration between primary investigator Duke Han, PhD, and co-investigators Laura Mosqueda, MD, Hussein Yassine, MD, Annie Nguyen, PhD, and Xinhui Wang, PhD, seeks to find out if vulnerability to financial exploitation can help identify older adults at risk for cognitive decline.
