In honor of Mother’s Day, the ambulatory infusion teams handed out roses to patients who visited the Los Angeles Treatment Center and Women’s Specialty unit, as well as the Koreatown/Buena Park, Orange County and Pasadena treatment centers during the week of Mother’s Day.

This has become an annual tradition to celebrate patients who are mothers coming to Keck Medicine of USC for chemotherapy and infusion treatments.

“This important, long-standing tradition is something we as an organization wanted to honor,” said Smitha Ravipudi, MPH, CEO for USC Care Medical Group and Ambulatory Services. “For us, honoring our brave mothers is not only a priority, but a privilege.”
