Employees and visitors to the Health Sciences Campus are advised of new and ongoing construction detours. Please allow extra time for parking and be advised of the following changes to traffic patterns that could impact access:

From June 11 through July 14, the westbound lane on Alcazar Street will be closed and traffic will be restricted to one way between Playground and Soto streets.  During this time, there will be no access to Alcazar from Soto. The Norfolk Street and Soto intersection will remain open and vehicles are encouraged to use San Pablo Street or Eastlake Avenue to access Alcazar.

From July 16 through Aug. 24, the eastbound lane on Alcazar will be closed. There will be no access to Soto from Alcazar. The O’Neal Parking Lot entrance/exit on Alcazar will be closed. The Norfolk/Soto intersection will remain open and vehicles are encouraged to use Norfolk and Valley Boulevard to access Soto.
