The USC Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy has announced that Emma Stokes, PhD, will deliver the commencement keynote address for their class of 2023. Stokes is one of the most famous physical therapists in the world.

Throughout her long career, she has been a leading international educator and advocate for physical therapy access as a key component to improving global health. Today, she is president of World Physiotherapy, an international organization that brings together 600,000 physical therapists from across the globe to develop new ways to expand this access to all who need it.

The division’s ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. in the Bovard Auditorium, part of the University Park Campus.
