After experiencing a stroke that left him with severe physical deficits, William “Billy” Mallon, MD, traveled from Stonybrook, NY to USC Physical Therapy with one goal: to walk again. A recently released video now documents how a unique collaboration between physical therapist Lori Ginoza, DPT, NSC, and researcher Kristan Leech, PhD, DPT, brought Mallon a long way in a remarkably short time.
