The National Hypertension Control Roundtable has honored the USC-led California Right Meds Collaborative (CRMC) with the Hypertension Hero Award. The award, new this year, honors individuals or organizations with innovative, collaborative programs or partnerships addressing inequities in hypertension control.
Founded by Steve Chen, PharmD, associate dean for clinical affairs and the Heeres Chair of Clinical Pharmacy, CRMC partners with health plans, pharmacies, and academic and professional organizations throughout Southern California to provide comprehensive medication management through a network of pharmacies.
