In honor of Mother’s Day, the ambulatory infusion teams distributed roses to patients who visited USC Norris Hospital, the Women’s Specialty Care Clinic, as well as Keck Medicine of USC locations in Arcadia, Buena Park, Koreatown, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Pasadena during the week of Mother’s Day. This has become an annual tradition to celebrate mothers coming to Keck Medicine of USC for chemotherapy and infusion treatments.
“This long-standing tradition is of great importance for our organization,” said Smitha Ravipudi, chief executive officer for USC Care Medical Group and Ambulatory Services. “For us, honoring our courageous mothers is a privilege. Their strength and perseverance, even in the most difficult times, is a source of constant inspiration and we feel privileged to serve and support them.”
