The Southern California Clinical and Translational Science Institute (SC CTSI) has a wealth of resources for promoting clinical or community studies by Keck School of Medicine of USC faculty, including online tools and expert consultations.
- The USC Clinical Studies Directory makes it easy for investigators to create web pages that describe their research studies and facilitate the contact with the study team in an automated fashion. If a study is on ClinicalTrials.gov the system automatically creates a page. The page can now be customized through a self-editing feature with writing tips. https://sc-ctsi.org/resources/usc-clinical-studies-directory
- Digital recruitment support: The SC CTSI also offers help with recruiting study participants online, for example, on Google search pages or social media. https://sc-ctsi.org/resources/automated-assistance-with-study-recruitment-on-social-media
- General recruitment support: Customized recruitment and retention strategies that fit a study’s needs, timeline, and budget are available. https://sc-ctsi.org/resources/study-participant-recruitment-support
