Kim Carli, MSHS, has been named chief of the office of performance and transformation for Keck Medical Center of USC. She will assume her role on June 6. The announcement was made on May 23 by Keck Medical Center CEO Marty Sargeant.
Carli’s responsibilities will include developing the medical center’s strategic initiatives in partnership with clinical and operational leaders, developing capability-building and problem-solving programs for physicians and staff, and ensuring a transparent, balanced approach for the charting of performance, service and engagement indicators.
Carli will also oversee care coordination teams, as well as the transfer center and patient experiences teams for the medical center.
Most recently, Carli served as the vice president of operations for service line and patient access at City of Hope, where she oversaw clinical initiatives, scheduling operations, clinical program planning and the enterprise-wide fulfillment of numerous other goals.
Outside of work, Carli enjoys yoga, dance, traveling with her family and exploring Los Angeles.
